Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new customer relationships to grow the branch's retail banking portfolio.
- Provide expert financial advice and recommend suitable personal banking products, including savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans.
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and branch performance targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries and ensuring a seamless banking experience.
- Maintain high levels of operational compliance and integrity in all financial transactions.
- Conduct outreach activities and participate in community engagement initiatives to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate cross-selling opportunities and improve service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking/financial services preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
- Possess a customer-centric mindset with a high level of professional integrity.
