Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with walk-in and existing customers to identify their financial needs and promote suitable banking products.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes for personal financial products, including deposits, loans, and credit cards.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Provide expert financial advice to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and risks of various banking instruments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update client profiles in the CRM system to facilitate effective relationship management.
- Participate in branch-level marketing campaigns and business development activities to enhance customer acquisition.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal banking policies, regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail banking; fresh graduates with high potential are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin/Dialects is an added advantage).
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid license for financial products (e.g., PCE, CEILI, FIMM) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications.
