We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Johor Bahru. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our commercial operations, tasked with managing the end-to-end Request for Quotation (RFQ) process. You will bridge the gap between our internal technical capabilities and client requirements, ensuring that every proposal we submit is both competitively priced and strategically aligned with our business goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of RFQs, from initial request receipt to final submission.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and develop precise pricing models for new and existing projects.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather accurate data for quotation preparation.
- Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in pricing strategies.
- Ensure all commercial documentation is compliant with internal quality standards and client specifications.
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations to secure project contracts.
- Provide regular reports on business development performance and pipeline status to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or technical estimation.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight submission deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive for business growth and customer satisfaction.
