Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure recurring business and high satisfaction.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Present and demonstrate product/service offerings to potential clients in a professional and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to refine promotional strategies and optimize market positioning.
- Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
