Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in call centre operations or customer service roles
  • Strong command of English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or reservation handling is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and positive attitude
