- Handle VIP guest reservations with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all bookings are accurately processed
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate booking operations and manage multiple reservations across various channels
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, amenities, and promotions to assist guests appropriately
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and special request fulfillment
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- Process guest enquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest interactions for future reference
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in call centre operations or customer service roles
- Strong command of English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or reservation handling is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Singapore citizen or permanent resident, with GCE 'N' level qualifications or equivalent
