Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily sales activities and act as the primary point of contact for Turkish Cargo operations.
- Execute accurate rate management and communicate pricing strategies to regional stakeholders.
- Oversee end-to-end booking operations, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to the sales management team.
- Resolve booking discrepancies and operational hurdles to ensure timely cargo dispatch.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track performance metrics against monthly targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or logistics sales.
- Solid understanding of air freight operations, rate structures, and booking processes.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin proficiency is considered a significant asset.
