Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive, expert-level product knowledge to prospective customers via phone, chat, and virtual platforms.
- Conduct engaging remote vehicle demonstrations and walk-throughs to showcase features and value propositions.
- Maintain high conversion rates by proactively managing customer inquiries and following up on lead pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth, end-to-end customer transition from inquiry to booking.
- Gather customer feedback to provide actionable insights for our product development and marketing teams.
- Stay updated on competitor trends, vehicle specifications, and automotive market dynamics.
- Handle complex inquiries with professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or product support roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and common digital collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in other local dialects is a plus).
- A genuine interest in automotive technology and digital innovation.
