Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary experience with at least 2 years in executive leadership role
  • Professional culinary degree or certification from accredited institution
  • Proven expertise in menu development, cost control, and inventory management
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine trends
  • Excellent team leadership and staff development capabilities
