Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
- Develop and update seasonal menus that align with market trends and guest preferences while maximizing profitability.
- Manage food costs, inventory levels, and purchasing to maintain budgetary targets.
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards).
- Conduct regular quality checks on all dishes to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Source and select high-quality ingredients and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Deep knowledge of food preparation techniques, plating standards, and current culinary trends.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and financial acumen.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
