Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef role
- Culinary degree or certification from accredited institution
- Proven track record in kitchen management and staff leadership
- Expert knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and regional cuisines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
