- Investigate and document maritime claims related to cargo damage, loss, or delay
- Communicate with clients, insurers, and stakeholders to gather necessary information
- Analyze shipping documentation to determine liability and resolution options
- Prepare comprehensive claim reports and recommendations for senior management
- Collaborate with legal teams when complex disputes require specialized expertise
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and resolutions
- Participate in continuous improvement of claims processing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims management, logistics, or maritime operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping documentation
