Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor customer accounts to identify potential defaults and initiate timely recovery actions
- Execute comprehensive asset recovery strategies including repossession, foreclosure, and liquidation processes
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess credit risk and recommend recovery approaches
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure adherence to debt collection regulations and compliance standards
- Develop and maintain robust documentation systems for all recovery activities and customer communications
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers while preserving business relationships
- Generate detailed recovery reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit management, collections, or asset recovery
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and credit reports
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Knowledge of Malaysian debt collection regulations and industry best practices
- Proficiency in credit management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
