- Manage end-to-end credit administration for retail auto financing products
- Review and validate draft security documentation for compliance and accuracy
- Conduct pre-disbursement financing checks to ensure regulatory adherence
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of credit transactions and supporting documents
- Support process optimization initiatives for credit operations workflows
- Prepare periodic reports on credit processing metrics and trends
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit operations or retail banking
- Proficiency in security documentation review and compliance procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and banking software systems
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and banking practices
