Vantage Automotive is seeking a dynamic Executive, CRM, Data Analytics & Customer Experience to drive our customer engagement initiatives for the BYD, DENZA, and VAL brands. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of customer relationship management, leveraging data analytics to gain deep insights into customer behavior and preferences. You will design and implement CRM strategies that not only enhance customer satisfaction but also foster long-term loyalty and retention.

As the face of our customer experience strategy, you will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless communication across all channels. Your expertise in data analysis will be crucial in identifying trends, optimizing customer journeys, and reporting on key performance indicators. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies tailored to the BYD, DENZA, and VAL brands to maximize customer engagement.
  • Analyze complex customer data sets to identify trends, optimize customer journeys, and drive retention strategies.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and loyalty programs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores, conversion rates, and CLV.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery.
  • Implement and maintain CRM software systems to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the overall customer experience and resolve complex customer issues.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in CRM management, Data Analytics, or Customer Experience roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the automotive or automotive retail industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
