You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, resolving inquiries with professionalism, and contributing to the overall growth of our brand presence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and timely resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining store operational standards and visual merchandising excellence.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and provide product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline customer service processes and improve satisfaction scores.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for ongoing service improvement.
  • Participate in retail training sessions to stay updated on new Pandora collections and brand policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to work on a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
