In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives focused on data management and digital solutions to significantly enhance our Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) performance.
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing database systems, ensuring data integrity, and leveraging technology to streamline processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the overall digital maturity of the organization. We are looking for a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between technical data management and practical business application to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute digital transformation strategies tailored to improve QSHE compliance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of database systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights that drive decision-making and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure all digital systems adhere to relevant industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators.
- Train and support staff on the effective use of digital tools and database management protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in database administration, data modeling, or digital project management.
- Strong understanding of QSHE frameworks and how digital tools can support safety and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and translate them into business value.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and relevant database management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving innovation.
