- Lead and develop the Indonesia team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Oversee strategic planning and execution of organizational programs and initiatives
- Manage financial and operational resources to ensure sustainable growth
- Cultivate and maintain key relationships with partners, donors, and government entities
- Drive innovation in program development and service delivery models
- Represent the organization in external forums and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in non-profit or social sector
- Proven track record in strategic program management and organizational development
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and secure funding
- Deep understanding of Indonesia's social and economic landscape
- Master's degree in relevant field (Management, Social Sciences, etc.)
