As Executive Director, you will define and execute the data & AI delivery roadmap, overseeing cross-functional teams to accelerate digital innovation, enhance customer experiences, and optimize operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across technology, risk, and business units to embed a data-driven culture and deliver measurable business value.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic direction and delivery of data and AI programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of AI and machine learning projects from concept to production, driving adoption and scalability.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists.
- Establish governance frameworks for data quality, model risk management, and ethical AI.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for data-driven insights and automation.
- Drive the development of enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time analytics infrastructure.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain SMBC’s competitive edge in AI and data.
- Report on delivery metrics, ROI, and strategic progress to executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in technology with at least 8 years in data and AI leadership roles, preferably in financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale data and AI solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and data engineering technologies (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Spark, cloud platforms).
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS guidelines, GDPR).
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile and DevOps methodologies for AI/ML lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and build data-driven organizations.
