Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic leadership and operational oversight of the MD Program curriculum and pedagogy
- Development and execution of program expansion plans in alignment with NUS's vision
- Stakeholder management including faculty, students, healthcare partners, and regulatory bodies
- Budget administration and resource allocation for program operations and research initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and quality assurance frameworks
- Driving innovation in medical education through technology integration and curriculum redesign
- Representation of the program in university committees and international academic forums
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree (MD/PhD/Master's) in Medicine, Health Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership in medical/healthcare education
- Demonstrated experience with program accreditation processes (e.g., WFME, ACGME)
- Proven track record in strategic planning and operational management
- Strong financial acumen with budget oversight experience
