In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing all engineering activities within our manufacturing facility. - Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Oversee technical teams and provide strategic guidance on engineering best practices and methodologies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry certifications
- Optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and design to achieve project goals
- Mentor and develop junior engineering staff through training programs and performance feedback
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective corrective and preventive measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects in manufacturing environments
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in engineering software, CAD tools, and technical documentation
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry is highly preferred
