In this role, you will be the backbone of our dipping production lines, ensuring that our manufacturing processes operate at peak efficiency, quality, and safety. You will not only manage technical workflows but also play a pivotal role in the professional development of our production staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will leverage their engineering background to troubleshoot complex equipment challenges, optimize dipping parameters, and ensure all operational activities align with Hartalega’s stringent quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily dipping production activities to ensure seamless operational flow and output targets.
- Analyze dipping processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and reduce waste.
- Coordinate and conduct regular technical training for production staff to ensure all personnel are competent in their respective duties.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and quality management systems (QMS).
- Prepare detailed technical reports regarding production performance, equipment status, and manpower efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes or technology upgrades on the dipping lines.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a high-volume production setting.
- Strong understanding of process optimization and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proven ability to train and mentor production personnel.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
