Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive electrical engineering designs for varied project types in accordance with local regulations and international standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical, structural, and architectural designs.
- Perform complex engineering calculations, load analysis, and circuit protection studies to guarantee system reliability.
- Manage project documentation and technical reports, ensuring all deliverables meet Beca’s stringent quality benchmarks.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight during the construction phase to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders and clients to provide professional advice on technical feasibility and system efficiency.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with Singaporean building codes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in electrical design within the consultancy or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Standards (SS) and local codes of practice (e.g., CP5).
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and electrical calculation software (e.g., Dialux or ETAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within diverse project teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or eligibility for Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Singapore is highly advantageous.
