Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of M&E systems for large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of M&E services.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, detailed design calculations, and contract documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery of milestones.
- Mentor junior engineers and support technical troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Represent the company at client meetings and provide expert technical advice on M&E best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a closely related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in M&E building services.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and relevant M&E simulation software.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, Singapore Standards (SS), and BCA regulations.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in sustainable design practices and green building certifications (e.g., Green Mark) is highly desirable.
