Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality assurance systems aligned with ISO and industry standards
- Conduct comprehensive product inspections and quality audits at all production stages
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality deviations
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to integrate quality requirements into design processes
- Monitor quality metrics and report performance to senior management
- Train production teams on quality control procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology)
- Certification in ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with statistical analysis and quality reporting software
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities
