Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, security, and utilities management
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for facility services delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards
- Manage facility budgets, procurement processes, and cost optimization initiatives
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and emergency response protocols
- Lead facility improvement projects and technology integration
- Monitor facility performance through KPIs and regular audits
- Manage relationships with tenants and stakeholders regarding facility needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive facility management experience
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams and contractors
- Expertise in building maintenance systems, safety protocols, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in facility management software and CMMS systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Project management certification (e.g., CPM, PMP) preferred
- Knowledge of local property regulations and sustainability practices
