- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve FMCG growth targets
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key retail and distribution partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Coordinate sales process optimization initiatives for improved efficiency
- Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to payment collection
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for seamless execution
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years FMCG field sales experience in Sarawak market
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills with retail/distribution networks
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into action
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin advantageous
