Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliation.
- Support the financial reporting team in preparing detailed analysis for internal management and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and statutory audit requirements.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance trends to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain compliance with internal control policies and global financial standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (CPA, CA, or ACCA) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and local Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Proven proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a global, multicultural work environment.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
