As a key member of our R&D Food & Beverage department, you'll work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative, trend-led, and Halal-certified food and beverage products for 7-Eleven's convenience stores
- Conduct market research to identify emerging food trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure product viability
- Create and maintain product specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and scalability of new products
- Test and refine product formulations through sensory evaluation and consumer feedback
- Manage product development timeline from concept to commercialization
- Stay updated on food regulations, Halal certification requirements, and industry best practices
- Analyze product performance post-launch and implement continuous improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food product development, preferably in FMCG or convenience food industry
- Strong understanding of Halal certification requirements and food safety standards
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills and knowledge of food ingredients and formulations
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer data
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in product development software and food testing methodologies
