Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily unit trust settlement tasks ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to internal timelines.
- Manage the end-to-end process of unit trust dividend distributions, from reconciliation to final payout.
- Liaise with fund houses and internal stakeholders to resolve settlement queries and trade exceptions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions to ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow reconciliations related to settlement activities.
- Assist in improving operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processing errors.
- Prepare periodic operational reports for management review regarding settlement KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in financial operations, specifically within unit trust or fund operations.
- Strong understanding of settlement cycles, dividend processing, and fund administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and data integrity.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with internal and external partners.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team culture.
- Knowledge of MAS regulations and financial compliance standards is a significant advantage.
