Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate administrative operations for graduate programmes including admissions, registration, and curriculum management
- Develop and implement policies to enhance student experience and academic progression
- Manage communication between students, faculty, and external stakeholders regarding programme requirements
- Organize academic events, workshops, and professional development activities for graduate students
- Monitor programme compliance with university regulations and accreditation standards
- Conduct needs assessments and implement improvements to graduate programme offerings
- Oversee student support services including thesis supervision coordination and academic advising
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic administration or student affairs
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in student information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) and MS Office Suite
