Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in guest relations, client management, or VIP service roles
- Proven track record in relationship management within luxury hospitality or entertainment sectors
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Strong problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven relationship management tools
- Fluency in English; Mandarin or other Asian languages advantageous
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
