- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to maintain 5-star cleanliness standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate deep cleaning projects and maintenance inspections
- Control inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning equipment
- Develop efficient cleaning protocols for spa and guest areas
- Enforce safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards)
- Liaise with maintenance and front desk departments
- Conduct quality assurance inspections
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in housekeeping management (luxury/hotel preferred)
- Proven experience in team leadership and staff training
- Knowledge of OSHA/HACCP compliance standards
- Strong inventory management and budgeting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in housekeeping software and scheduling tools
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Certification in hospitality management (advantageous)
