Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee operations at a high-end private property in the beautiful region of Badung, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, guest comfort, and operational efficiency.

As the Executive Housekeeper, you will lead a dedicated team of 7 professionals, including one supervisor and six housekeeping staff. Your primary mission is to implement strict quality control measures, foster a high-performance team culture, and ensure that every inch of the property meets our premium standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and mentor a team of 7 housekeeping professionals to ensure operational excellence.
  • Conduct daily property inspections to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
  • Develop and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire housekeeping department.
  • Provide comprehensive training to staff members on modern cleaning techniques and guest service excellence.
  • Handle scheduling, performance reviews, and administrative duties for the housekeeping team.
  • Collaborate with other management staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and property maintenance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within luxury hotels or private villa management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining elite property standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and basic office administrative tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required by the nature of the hospitality industry.
  • Deep understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations relevant to the hospitality sector in Bali.
