As an Executive Housekeeper, you will lead our housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. Located near iconic hubs like Taman Ismail Marzuki and Metropole, our hotel demands a leader who combines operational excellence with a passion for hospitality service. You will be responsible for driving team performance, managing departmental budgets, and upholding the Accor global brand standards to provide an unforgettable stay for our guests.

We are looking for an inspiring leader who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and capable of maintaining a high-performance environment in a fast-paced urban hotel setting.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee all housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the housekeeping team to ensure consistent service delivery and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement operational standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage departmental budgets, inventory control, and procurement of supplies to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor cleanliness and maintenance standards through regular inspections and audits.
  • Coordinate closely with the Front Office and Engineering departments to ensure seamless room availability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including Accor’s global cleanliness protocols.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores (Guest Experience Index).

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the housekeeping department of an international hotel chain.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operational software and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera).
  • Deep understanding of laundry operations, chemical safety, and inventory management.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A commitment to maintaining luxury standards and attention to fine detail.
  • Relevant hospitality degree or diploma is highly preferred.
