Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, including room attendants, laundry staff, and supervisors.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels for cleaning chemicals, linen, and amenities, and control operational costs.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to promptly address guest requests and maintenance issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests regarding room cleanliness and amenities professionally and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar Executive Housekeeping or Housekeeping Management role within a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping procedures, laundry operations, and inventory management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Valid certification in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
