Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the entire housekeeping department.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure peak performance.
  • Manage inventory levels and order linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to resolve guest issues promptly.
  • Implement and monitor environmental sustainability practices within the housekeeping department.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Physical stamina to perform the duties of the role effectively.
