Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the entire housekeeping department.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure peak performance.
- Manage inventory levels and order linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to resolve guest issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor environmental sustainability practices within the housekeeping department.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Physical stamina to perform the duties of the role effectively.
