Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks to support departmental workflows and ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Manage office documentation, filing systems, and digital records with high accuracy.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence for management review.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
  • Monitor office inventory and process requisitions to maintain operational continuity.
  • Maintain compliance with internal administrative policies and quality standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of professional integrity.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-player attitude.
