In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive market research and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value of TÜV SÜD’s certification and testing services.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure client needs are met and to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the certification body or professional services industry.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication.
