In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within the region. At TÜV SÜD, you will work with a diverse portfolio of products and services, contributing to the safety and quality of our clients' operations.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive market research and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value of TÜV SÜD’s certification and testing services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure client needs are met and to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the certification body or professional services industry.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication.
