Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile discrepancies using ERP software
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and company policies
- Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast demand and streamline replenishment processes
- Monitor expiry dates and implement rotation protocols for pharmaceutical products
- Generate comprehensive inventory reports for management and regulatory bodies
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in inventory management within healthcare/pharmaceutical sector
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in supply chain or compliance (e.g., CSCP, CIPM) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
