Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) from initial requirements gathering to deployment.
- Analyze business processes and translate needs into efficient, scalable software solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality application code in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new software features and enhancements.
- Perform system debugging, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing technical support to end-users.
- Document technical specifications, system workflows, and user manuals for operational clarity.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to improve existing system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in software development and application support.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, .NET, or similar enterprise stacks).
- Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server or MySQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
