Puspakom Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's premier vehicle inspection centre, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive, ISO (QMS Auditor) to join our growing Quality Assurance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations strictly adhere to international Quality Management System (QMS) standards, specifically ISO 9001. You will play a vital part in driving continuous improvement across the organization, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence in the automotive industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular internal quality audits and surveillance audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and non-conformance reports (NCR) with clear corrective action plans.
- Monitor and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions implemented by departments.
- Ensure all company processes, documentation, and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify process improvements and streamline operations.
- Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation to reflect current practices.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, ISO auditing, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and auditing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and QMS software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
