Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, and end-user hardware.
- Provide prompt L1/L2 technical support to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the office.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure maximum uptime and security.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the internal directory system.
- Coordinate with external vendors and ISPs to ensure seamless service delivery and maintenance.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and inventory records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support the deployment of new IT projects, including hardware upgrades and software rollouts.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in an IT Infrastructure or System Administration role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows/Mac OS environments and network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualized environments.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and endpoint security tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
