As a key member of the IT department, you will take charge of the stability and evolution of our IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing complex server environments, maintaining robust network connectivity across multiple sites, and ensuring our cybersecurity posture is strong and compliant with industry standards. You will be the go-to expert for infrastructure projects, driving the deployment of new technologies and optimizing existing systems for performance and cost-efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunications systems.
- Implement and support cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Office 365) and ensure seamless integration with on-premise systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime for critical business applications.
- Establish and enforce IT security policies, conduct regular audits, and manage cybersecurity initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware maintenance, procurement, and project implementation.
- Lead and participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide second-level support for escalated technical issues and manage IT asset inventory.
- Ensure compliance with group IT standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA).
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet), and switching.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and Office 365 administration.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
