In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily technical operations, ensuring that our internal systems run seamlessly to support our business goals.

You will be responsible for providing essential first-level support to our staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining our core IT infrastructure. We are looking for an individual who is not only technically proficient but also possesses strong communication skills to provide exceptional support in a fast-paced corporate environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals to ensure high availability.
  • Perform routine system health checks and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of software applications and operating systems.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions across corporate platforms.
  • Document technical procedures, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for hardware repairs and specialized support.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Solid understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
