Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end IT program/portfolio lifecycle management to ensure strategic alignment and on-time delivery
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards/KPIs to track portfolio health and stakeholder metrics
- Facilitate governance processes including prioritization, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Generate executive-level reports and presentations for portfolio status, ROI analysis, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with business units to translate strategic objectives into actionable IT portfolio initiatives
- Implement continuous improvement frameworks for portfolio management maturity and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional workshops for portfolio planning, stakeholder alignment, and change management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, program coordination, or project delivery
- Proficiency in portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project) and data visualization platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and financial industry technology trends
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving project deliverables
- Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, or ITIL) preferred
