Join Federlite Sdn Bhd as our Executive, Logistics & Fleet and take charge of our transportation operations excellence. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for planning and optimizing logistics schedules to ensure efficient delivery of goods across our network. You'll oversee our team of drivers, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining accurate data records of all fleet operations, including maintenance schedules, driver performance metrics, and delivery timelines. You'll leverage your analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
As our Logistics & Fleet Executive, you'll collaborate with various departments to coordinate transportation needs, resolve logistical challenges, and ensure seamless supply chain operations. Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics and fleet management
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in logistics management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
