Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistics activities, including dispatch, routing, and fleet utilization.
- Schedule and supervise vehicle maintenance, repairs, and compliance inspections.
- Control operational costs through budgeting, expense tracking, and performance analysis.
- Develop and optimize route plans to improve delivery efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
- Manage driver performance, safety training, and adherence to transport regulations.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate maintenance contracts and parts procurement.
- Generate reports on fleet performance, KPI metrics, and cost variance for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in fleet or logistics coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driving licence and familiarity with local transport regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
