As an Executive Lounge Agent, you will manage the daily operations of the lounge, providing high-standard food and beverage service while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests warmly and conduct efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide impeccable food and beverage service in the Executive Lounge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic lounge environment at all times.
- Manage daily inventory and stock levels of beverages and snacks.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service.
- Upsell services and promote Accor’s loyalty programs to guests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or Executive Lounge setting.
- Strong command of the English language (both verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional grooming standards and a service-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
