Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team for optimal performance
- Establish and maintain key client relationships with Mandarin-speaking partners

- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in sales or trading
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Proven track record in team leadership and business development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
