Tanggung Jawab

  • Analyse marketplace data to monitor seller performance, product listings, and customer behaviour trends
  • Identify process improvement opportunities within marketplace operations and propose data-backed solutions
  • Prepare regular dashboards and reports for management to track key business metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with category teams to optimise assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies
  • Support the development and implementation of operational policies to ensure a seamless marketplace experience
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business planning and strategic projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth day-to-day marketplace operations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or marketplace management (e-commerce experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Passion for fashion and e-commerce is a plus
